The Founder and Director at the Bexhill main office of D.C. Sales and Sons Ltd is David Sales whose experience in the U.K. industry spans 35 years or more. David is a Fellow of the renowned Chartered Institute of Plumbing and Heating Engineering (FCIPHE), a Member of the Domestic Heating and Environmental Engineers (MIDHEE), a Member of the Institute of Refrigeration (MIR) and was finally elected a Member of the Underfloor Heating and Manufacturers Association in June 2001. In addition, David also holds the former Institution of Heating and Ventilating Engineers Graduates Diploma (1977) and the Burmah Castrol Award (1986) for engineering excellence on the subject of space heating for human comfort. In the U.K. David currently sits on the Executive Council of the IDHEE where his focus is on low carbon renewable energy solutions for a sustainable future against climate change.




Welcome to the Company Bee Hive, as well as adopting the modus operandi of the colonised Honeybee (Apis Mellifera) – “nourishment, industrial diligence, productive teamwork, precision engineering and survival from within.” D.C. Sales and Sons Ltd's staff assume their various roles and responsibilities within the hive itself. Known in the industry as the Four Busy Bees, David, Shirley, Ben and Jack take great pleasure in introducing themselves:-

	Shirley Sales (Queen Bee) - Company Secretary Due to the company's rapid expansion, May 2003 saw the addition of a new member to the D.C. Sales and Son Ltd's team. Shirley Sales officially joined the family company to provide top class secretarial and administration skills.
Ben Sales (Worker Bee) - Modern Apprentice Overall, as far as the Firm is concerned the Customer’s interests are paramount and you could not be in better hands than David and his team of Staff. Keeping with family tradition, the business was joined in the Autumn of 2001 by the eldest son, Ben Sales, who currently has the position of Modern Apprentice and studies part-time at Hastings College of Arts & Technology.
	Jack Sales (Worker Bee) - Trainee The youngest son, Jack Sales, soon followed in his brother's footsteps and following his sixth form studies joined the company in September 2004 concentrating on the electrical and technical/administration side of the business.
Training courses, seminars, workshops and continuing professional development are regularly undertaken by the D.C. Sales and Sons Ltd staff in order to keep abreast of the ever-advancing technology involved. More importantly, D.C. Sales and Sons Ltd has produced its’ own Health and Safety Policy Document to which all Staff adhere and are continually briefed on.
Over the years D.C. Sales and Sons Ltd have managed to build-up a substantial Client base to be proud of through relentless hard work and quality of service second to none. As a result the Firm has earnt itself a high reputation to succeed where others have failed. Thus, the company motto printed at the foot of this page speaks for itself.
